Studio Policies
Please honor our relationship
by calling if you are unable to attend a lesson, by paying in full and on time, and giving 2 weeks notice of intent to stop
studying.
Tuition must be received in full by the first lesson of each month. There
will be a $20 late fee for payments made after the 10th. You can mail in payments to Drum and Guitar Workshop,
P.O. Box 684, Stephens City, Va 22655.
Tuition is $22.50 per half-hour lesson and $45.00 per
hour lesson. There is a $5.00 an hour discount for siblings.
Home lessons are
$25.00 per half-hour leson.
Drum and Guitar Workshop will give you a free half-hour lesson
for a student referral.
There will be a $25.00 return check fee. We will not hold
checks, accept postdated checks or give refunds.
We are not responsible for any payments
that are dropped off at the studio after hours.
You wil not be charged for any studio
closings, including inclement weather, teacher absences and for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial
Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Student absences prior to or after these
holidays will not be credited.
Students who miss a lesson due to an illness will be credited.
Credits will appear on the payment envelope for the following month.
Those students who miss a lesson due to a school or work related commitment are eligible for a make-up lesson if the teacher's
schedule allows. The student will be responsible for contacting the instructor to schedule a make-up. Students
who miss their make-up lesson forfeit their make-up.
The teacher reserves the right to
discontinue lessons if tuition payments are consistently late or if the student is unwilling to practice.
Dress appropriately for your lesson and please refrain from wearing colognes, strong deodorants, hair gels, or perfumed
detergents.
