Please honor our relationship by calling if you are unable to attend a lesson, by paying in full and on time, and giving 2 weeks notice of intent stop your lessons.
Tuition must be received in full on the first lesson of each month. There will be a $20 late fee for payments made after the 10th. You can mail payments to: Drum and Guitar Workshop, P.O. Box 684, Stephens City, Va. 22655.
Monthly tuition is $100.00 for half hour lessons and $200.00 for hour lessons. Lessons will be on a weekly basis.
Skype lessons are $50.00 per 45 minute lesson. All Skype lessons are prepaid with PayPal.
There will be a $25.00 return check fee. We will not hold checks, accept post dated checks or give refunds.
We are not responsible for any payments that are dropped off at the studio after hours.
You will not be charged for any studio closings, including inclement weather, teacher absences, and for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Student absences before or after these holidays will not be credited.
Credits will appear on the payment envelope for the following month.
The teacher reserves the right to discontinue lessons if tuition payments are consistently late or if the student is unwilling to practice.
Please dress appropriately for your lesson and refrain from wearing colognes, strong deodorants, hair gels and perfumed detergents.
